We had a real good time. Staff were very efficient, atmosphere was quiet, it had decent location so close to center of the city.

Hard-working and extremely responsive staff, they made my day!!
Loved a storage space and free WiFi in the room. Our window overlooked the roof top. The location was strategic for traveling around Thessaloniki, just off night life, and the city centre and sea front by foot...

It was close to the railway station and the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.
A little too far from the centre for casual pedestrian visitor -- maybe 20 minutes walk.

Breakfast was good and room was clean.
The location of the hotel is a little further from the city center than we thought, but it was walkable. Also, there was heavy construction in front of the hotel during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed well-equipped rooms and savoury food.
Booked a room with incredible views of the town. The breakfast was large and varied, had lots of options. The ambience felt really quiet and the service was excellent. The staff were hard-working and extremely responsive and helped us with private parking😃

It was important for us to stay in the city within walking distance of the tourist sites and attractions. All the sites in the lower city were only 15 minutes away walking which was perfect. Also it was important to have a pool for the children and the pool was large and excellent. I also used the fitnes center which was good and it was open when I needed it. The room was adequate. The room was clean and the front desk was very helpful.
Our children slept on a sofa bed and the mattress did not have much support. It was pretty flimsy. The location was fairly centrally located, but Thessaloniki is quite dirty and the area didn't seem the best. Also there was major road work going on outside the hotel which added to the area being unappealing. So even though the location was centrally located we didn't like the area and didn't feel completely safe at night.

The price of the room ( we payed approximately 66 euro per night) was very good for us. Also it is very near to the railway station, just 5 minutes walking distance, and this is very good. The design of the room was nice and the bed comfortable.
The hotel is not in the centre; the location is not the best and you have to use taxi to move to the centre. However the most important thing for me was that there was no sound isolation; this means that we could hear everything from all the surrounding rooms and this was very very disturbing. The floor is from wood so if people from upper floor walk with shoes you can listen anything. We were very dissapointed concerning this. Also the first lady the cleaning ladies entered in the room around 8.30 in the morning ( Saturday) without even knocking the door.

nice stay but some improvements needed
The staff provided excellent service, particularly the catering and pool staff. The room cleaning service met high standards, and the shower offered amazing pressure.
A few amenities felt outdated compared to modern expectations.

Had an very nice time with friends! The hotel is a great base for exploring the city's rich history and lively nightlife. We visited the famous Ladadika district and the seafront, both just a short walk away. The staff was super helpful, and the breakfast had plenty of tasty options.
Unfortunately, our room was not as nice as the pictures suggested, with a view that left a lot to be desired.

It is not the first time we stay at this hotel. Both times we asked for an appointement at the sauna but....nobody was there to help us and was closed. Coincidence? Maybe .. But don't count on the spa services!

The health room had two treadmills, which was perfect for my running training.
It would be nice to have *fresh* fruit salad a *fresh* fruit juices with the breakfast buffet.

Free & fast wi-fi, late check-out until 8pm for 10 Euros, very professional staff, affordable minibar, plenty of power plugs. Excellent value for money. We have stayed in this hotel in the past, and we will come back again.
Sound proofing is poor, you can hear some noise from the street, but also between rooms and corridors.
